You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an Elevar Method account or purchase a membership.

By using Elevar Method, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Elevar Method provides digital fitness, movement, wellness, educational, and related content, including follow-along workouts, Pilates, mobility, strength, stretching, recovery, and other movement-based programs.

Content may change, be updated, added, or removed from time to time.

Elevar Method does not guarantee that any particular workout, program, instructor, feature, music track, or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.

Physical exercise involves inherent risks.

Before beginning any workout or exercise program, you are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

Elevar Method content is provided for general educational and fitness purposes only and is not medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical care.

You should consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program if you have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, pain, dizziness, cardiovascular concerns, or other reason to believe exercise may not be appropriate for you.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience concerning symptoms.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Keeping your account secure
• All activity occurring under your account

Accounts are for individual use only.

You may not share your login credentials or allow another person to access paid Elevar Method content through your account.

Elevar Method may offer monthly, annual, trial, promotional, complimentary, or other membership options. Current pricing and membership terms will be displayed before purchase.

If you purchase an automatically renewing membership, your membership will continue and your payment method will be charged at the applicable recurring rate unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Any free trial will automatically convert to the applicable paid membership unless canceled before the trial ends.

Before completing your purchase, you will be shown:

• The price
• Billing frequency
• Trial period, if applicable
• Automatic renewal terms
• Cancellation information

You authorize Elevar Method and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the membership terms you choose.

You may cancel your membership through your Elevar Method account and Stripe Customer Portal or through any other cancellation method Elevar Method makes available.

Cancellation stops future renewals.

Unless otherwise stated, you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.

You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not want your membership to renew.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

Elevar Method may provide complimentary memberships to selected individuals.

Complimentary access:

• Has no cash value
• May not be transferred
• May be modified or revoked by Elevar Method
• Does not create a right to future free access

If complimentary access has a stated expiration date, access will end on that date unless extended.

All Elevar Method content is owned by or licensed to Elevar Method, including:

• Videos
• Workout instruction
• Audio
• Music
• Photography
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Text
• Programs
• Website and application content

Your membership provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access Elevar Method content for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute Elevar Method content
• Download content unless an official download feature is provided
• Record or reproduce workouts for distribution
• Resell or sublicense access
• Share paid content publicly
• Use Elevar Method content to create competing commercial products
• Circumvent access controls or security features

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to Elevar Method systems
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Scrape or systematically extract content
• Introduce malicious code
• Use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on the platform
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

Elevar Method may rely on third-party service providers for functionality such as:

• Payment processing
• Authentication
• Data storage
• Video hosting and streaming
• Analytics
• Email delivery

These services may be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

Elevar Method may include links to third-party websites and services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, or other platforms.

Elevar Method is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

We aim to provide reliable access to Elevar Method but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Elevar Method is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific fitness, health, performance, weight, flexibility, strength, wellness, or other results. Individual results vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elevar Method and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Elevar Method may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or threaten the security or integrity of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we may provide notice through the platform, email, or another appropriate method.

Continued use of Elevar Method after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
